Order Policy

Order Confirmation:

1. Orders shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful completion of payment. A confirmation notice will be sent via email or text message.

Order Processing and Shipping via online store:

1. Order (not including bulk orders) processing may take between one (1) to three (3) business days before dispatch.
2. Delivery timelines are subject to the policies of the selected shipping provider and the customer’s location.

Order Cancellation:

1. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
2. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may exercise their rights under the return policy.

Shipping and Delivery:

1. Orders are shipped via reliable and authorized delivery services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless a free shipping promotion applies.
