Exchange and Return Policy

Return Policy:

1. Products with verified manufacturing defects may be returned within three (3) days of receipt.
2. Returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy:

1. Products may be exchanged within seven (7) days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
2. Customers shall bear the shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a store error.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Customers must initiate the return or exchange process by contacting us via email/phone number.
2. In the event of a manufacturing defect, evidence must be provided to support the claim.
3. Requests will be reviewed and processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days from the date of product receipt.
